Role Description The Voice Process Customer Support role at hr believers is a full time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, resolving inquiries, and providing clear, accurate information about products or services. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting interactions in the system, following standard operating procedures, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

The role also requires maintaining a positive, professional tone, working towards customer satisfaction targets, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to improve service quality.

Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle voice-based interactions professionally.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, communicate clearly, and manage diverse customer situations.
Basic Technical Support capabilities to understand and troubleshoot common customer issues using provided tools and guidelines.
Analytical Skills to interpret customer concerns, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to processes.
Positive spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Gurgaon in rotational or fixed shifts, depending on business requirements.
Prior experience in a call center or voice process role is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any discipline is beneficial.
