Role Overview
We are looking for a high-agency Real Estate Sales Lead to spearhead investor acquisition, consultative advisory, and revenue growth at Finplify. Sitting at the intersection of real estate and wealth management, you will own the end-to-end sales funnel—converting warm inbound leads, cultivating an ecosystem of wealth partners, and guiding sophisticated investors through fractional and alternative real estate transactions.




This is a "player-coach" leadership role ideal for a closer who understands real estate fundamentals (IRR, rental yields, capital appreciation, SPV structures) and thrives in a rapid-paced, metric-driven startup setting.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales & Deal Closure
• Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial discovery and portfolio consultation to asset walkthroughs, financial modeling breakdowns, and final capital commitment.
• HNI / UHNI Advisory: Act as a trusted wealth advisor to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate treasuries, and NRI investors, clearly articulating cash-flow projections, yield structures, exit horizons, and legal frameworks.
• Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly Gross Transaction Value (GTV) and AUM mobilization targets.
