Role Description The Chartered Accountant (Zoho Books) will manage and oversee the company’s financial records and accounting operations using Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining general ledgers, processing invoices and payments, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial statements, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role will also involve monitoring tax compliance, coordinating with external auditors,



and providing financial insights to support management decisions. This is a full time, on-site role based in Dehradun, requiring close collaboration with operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
• Robust accounting and financial management skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Hands-on expertise with Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting software, including configuration, data entry, reconciliations, and report generation.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, TDS, and statutory filings, with experience in handling audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear insights to management.
