This is a hands-on individual contributor sales role reporting to the Associate Vice President – Business Development at Dale Carnegie India.

Candidates must currently be based in Bengaluru or be willing to relocate to Bengaluru*

Recent Business Development & Revenue Ownership
• Own an individual revenue target and drive business from prospecting through closure.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networks, existing relationships and market prospects.
• Develop relationships with CHROs, L&D; Heads, HR Directors and other senior business stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations for high-value enterprise engagements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of 60+ qualified accounts across different stages of the sales cycle.
• Take direct ownership of moving opportunities from first conversation to signed business.

Consultative Selling & Solution Development
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand a client's business priorities, capability gaps and people-development challenges.




• Diagnose Learning & Development, leadership, behavioural and upskilling requirements.
• Translate client needs into compelling solution approaches, proposals and strategic interventions.
• Independently develop approach notes, solution frameworks and client presentations.
• Work with internal learning and delivery teams where required while remaining the commercial owner of the opportunity.
• Present value-based solutions that connect learning interventions to business outcomes, behavioural change and measurable impact

Account Growth & Relationship Management
• Own and grow existing corporate accounts alongside new-business acquisition.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-sell and deeper account penetration.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with HR and business leaders.
• Develop account plans that increase share of wallet and long-term client value.
