Location: Remote/Hybrid A Workday Compensation Lead manages the end-to-end design, technical configuration, and optimization of Workday Core Compensation module.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Configuration: Lead the technical setup, testing, and deployment of compensation solutions.
Stakeholder & Client Advisory: Act as the primary subject matter expert and strategic partner for business leaders and compensation teams, translating business rules into scalable system architecture.
Process & Data Management: Oversee legacy data conversion, troubleshoot functional or technical roadblocks, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data integrity.
Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally with HCM (Human Capital Management) leads,
integration specialists, and product engineers to deliver updates and post-production support.
Typical Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years implementing Workday, with at least two full life-cycle implementation.
Certifications: Workday Core Compensation or Advanced Compensation certification is a major asset.
Skills: Solid understanding of compensation structures, business processes, reporting, integrations, and project management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (such as Human Resources, Business, or Information Systems) preferred.
