Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the RO Water Treatment Plant efficiently.
Monitor RO, UV, Ozonation and filtration systems.
Check and maintain water treatment parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, flow and conductivity.
Perform regular backwashing, filter cleaning and routine RO plant maintenance.
Monitor the condition of pumps, filters, membranes and other equipment.
Maintain daily RO plant logbooks, operating records and checklists.
Identify and report any technical issues or abnormalities immediately.
Ensure continuous treated water supply for the production process.
Follow all safety procedures, company SOPs and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the production team for smooth plant operations.
