Role & responsibilities
Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).
Configure, test, and deploy Workday functionality based on business requirements.
Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
