Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Intern to support our HR team in showcasing our culture, people, and workplace through engaging content and employer branding activities.

Duration: 6 months (minimum)

Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms/job portals.
• Support employee stories, testimonials, photos, and videos.
• Assist with employer branding campaigns and recruitment-related posts.
• Coordinate with employees and different teams for content.
• Research recent employer branding and social media trends.
• Support the HR/Talent Acquisition team with communication and branding activities.
• Support campus engagement initiatives, including coordinating with colleges, student communities, and campus teams for employer branding and talent engagement activities.

Requirements
• Graduate in HR, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Positive communication and writing skills.
• Creative and comfortable with social media.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is preferred.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
