Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare floor plans, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Create 2D/3D designs using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
Select materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and other consultants.
Prepare material specifications and cost estimates.
Visit project sites to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Make revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Knowledge of interior-design software.
Positive understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and project-management abilities.
Relevant experience is preferred but freshers may also be considered.
