Oversee recent hire orientation, documentation, and property walkthroughs.
HR Operations & Payroll
Verify attendance, shift schedules, leaves, and overtime inputs.
Coordinate inputs for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
Employee Relations & Retention
Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor staff turnover and conduct exit interviews to implement retention strategies.
Training & Performance Management
Oversee annual performance appraisals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and promotions.
