Sky Rise Enterprises is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Manpower & Recruitment to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to handle B2B client acquisition for manpower/recruitment services, especially GCC markets, along with basic social media activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach recent GCC clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, and online research.
Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.
Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Maintain client and lead records.
Manage basic LinkedIn/Instagram and recruitment-related social media content.
Support digital marketing and lead-generation activities.
Requirem, Client Acquisition, Manpower/Staffing, or Recruitment.
GCC/Overseas Recruitment experience preferred.
Positive English communication and negotiation skills.
Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead generation.
Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Ability to independently generate and convert current clients.
