Role Description The Kidney Transplant Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care for patients requiring renal transplantation, including pre-operative evaluation, transplant procedures, and post-operative management. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing kidney transplant surgeries, collaborating with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams,



participating in transplant selection committees, and ensuring adherence to national and international clinical guidelines. The surgeon will supervise and mentor residents and junior clinicians, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and participate in clinical audits and outcomes monitoring. Additional duties involve maintaining accurate clinical documentation, engaging in patient and family counseling, and supporting hospital-wide protocols for infection control and patient safety. This is a full time, in office role based at Accord Superspeciality Hospital in Faridabad.
