Job Responsibilities:

Visit customers in the field to promote and sell solar panel solutions.

Generate current leads through field visits, references, and market activities.

Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their solar requirements.

Explain solar products, perks, pricing, and installation processes to customers.

Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with the installation and technical teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

Ability to work in field sales and meet daily targets.

Customer handling and negotiation skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
