We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist – Life Science Instruments to drive sales and business development for laboratory and research instruments. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, providing product presentations and demonstrations, and achieving sales objectives across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities• Promote and sell Life Science and laboratory instruments to research institutes, universities, biotech companies, pharmaceutical companies, CROs, hospitals, and laboratories.
• Develop current customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate laboratory solutions.
• Generate leads through customer visits, references, exhibitions, seminars, and other business development activities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.




• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers through the complete sales cycle.
• Coordinate with application, service, product management, logistics, and internal sales teams.
• Identify upcoming laboratory projects, instrument requirements, expansions, and replacement opportunities.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, market activities, and customer requirements.
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, workshops, seminars, and other industry events.
• Maintain sales pipelines, customer databases, visit reports, and prospect forecasts.
• Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and business development objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile• 3–5 years of experience in sales of Life Science, laboratory, scientific, or research instruments.
• Experience handling Biotech, Pharma, CRO, Research Institute, University, or Laboratory customers.
• Positive understanding of laboratory instruments and their applications.
