PAYSH Services Private Limited is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer and merchant acquisition and promote our fintech and digital payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new merchants, businesses, institutions and channel partners.
Promote PAYSH’s payment, recharge, bill payment, payout and fintech solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking and digital channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with merchants and business clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PAYSH products and solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding, KYC, activation and support.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and local brand-building initiatives.
Maintain regular records of leads, customer interactions,
conversions and sales performance.
Handle basic customer queries and ensure proper follow-up after onboarding.
Skills Required
Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Solid sales and customer relationship abilities.
Willingness to travel and conduct field sales when required.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic understanding of digital payments, fintech and online business solutions is an advantage.
Experience in B2B sales, fintech, banking, payment services or merchant acquisition will be preferred.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust interest in sales and business development are also welcome.
