Preferred Sales Skills – Operations Manager Robust sales and business development skills, preferably in the pest control or facility management industry.
Ability to identify recent business opportunities and generate leads.
Experience in client relationship management and customer retention.
Ability to coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Ability to develop current clients in hotels, corporates, industries, and residential societies.
Experience in upselling services and expanding existing accounts.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in both Operations and Sales in the pest control or facility management industry will be given preference.
