Hiring: Family Office Manager – Finance, Taxation & Investments | Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8–15 Years

Qualification: CA preferred

CTC: Up to ₹30–35 LPA

We are looking for a CA-qualified finance skilled to manage the Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Investment Accounting, Compliance and MIS function for a prominent HNI family office in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage family office accounts, financial reporting and MIS
• Handle taxation including Income Tax, TDS and GST
• Manage investment accounting and reporting across Equity, PMS, Mutual Funds, Bonds, AIFs and other investments
• Coordinate Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits
• Monitor and report on family-owned real estate and related financial matters
• Coordinate with CAs, Tax Advisors, Auditors, Banks, Wealth Managers and Investment Advisors




• Review and supervise the existing finance/accounts team
• Act as the key finance interface with senior family members and advisors
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and timely compliance

Ideal Candidate

Qualified CA with 8+ years of experience in Family Office / Private Wealth / HNI-UHNI / Promoter Group / Family Business / CA Advisory workplace, with solid exposure to Accounts, Taxation, Investments, MIS and Compliance.

Candidates with prior experience managing finances for HNI/UHNI families or promoter groups will be preferred.
