Role Description :We are hiring for a Sales / Business Development role with an EdTech platform. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students/customers through calls and other communication channels.
Understand their requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Explain course details, perks, and offerings clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle queries and objections effectively and assist customers throughout the enrollment process.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Counselling, or Customer Conversion.
Robust communication and convincing/persuasion skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
Target-oriented and confident in handling objections.




Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support personal development and career planning.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field); advanced qualifications or certifications in academic or career counseling are an advantage.
