We are looking for a smart, confident and well-spoken candidate to join our team as a Pharma Sales & Office Coordinator. The role involves front-office management, pharmaceutical business coordination, order handling and communication with manufacturers, clients and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, enquiries and office walk-ins professionally.
Coordinate with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding products, prices, availability and orders.
Place orders with manufacturers and follow up on order status, dispatch and delivery.
Receive and coordinate customer/client orders and enquiries.
Communicate with pharmacies, distributors, doctors, Medical Representatives (MRs) and other business contacts as required.
Coordinate with transport/logistics personnel regarding shipments and deliveries.
Maintain basic records of orders, customers, manufacturers and follow-ups using Excel/computer systems.
Assist with quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other routine documentation.




Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks.
Develop a basic understanding of the company’s pharmaceutical products so that routine queries can be handled confidently.
Escalate technical or medical queries to the appropriate person when required.

Requirements:
Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Punjabi would be an advantage.
Valuable telephone etiquette and qualified personality.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel and email handling.
Should be organised, responsible and good at follow-ups.
Prior pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Ideal candidate: Someone who is confident enough to speak with manufacturers, clients and pharmacies, while also being comfortable handling the front desk and everyday office responsibilities.
