Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication is required; English communication is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/sales will be an advantage.
