We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in Building Construction Estimation, Quantity Take-off and Billing.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates, BOQ and quantity take-offs for building projects.
Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills and Contractor Bills.
Calculate quantities from Civil & Structural drawings.
Prepare rate analysis for various civil works.
Check site measurements and maintain measurement records.
Verify quantities for RCC, PCC, Brickwork, Plaster, Flooring, Waterproofing, Painting, etc.
Prepare material reconciliation and quantity statements.
Prepare extra item / variation statements.
Check subcontractor bills and measurements.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors and Consultants.
Maintain proper records of estimates,



measurements and billing documents.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Civil Estimation & Billing
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
AutoCAD knowledge
Knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis & Quantity Surveying
Ability to read Civil/Structural drawings
Practical knowledge of building construction
