ABOUT THE ROLE
Dream Life Education is hiring Admission Telecalling Executives to communicate with students and parents, understand their higher-education requirements, provide initial admission guidance and generate qualified leads for the admission closing team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Make a minimum of 150 outbound call attempts every day.
Communicate professionally with students and parents.
Understand the student’s marks, preferred course, budget, location and college requirements.
Explain available courses, colleges, fees, scholarships, hostel facilities and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
Follow up with interested students and parents regularly.
Identify responsible prospects and transfer qualified leads to the Admission Closing Executive.
Schedule counselling sessions, office appointments and college campus visits.
Update every call, lead status and follow-up activity correctly in the CRM.
Maintain complete and accurate student information.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle questions and basic objections professionally.
Support the student until counselling or admission handover is completed.
Maintain professional communication and protect student data.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates who can communicate in two or more languages will be given priority. Basic English communication is preferred.
