Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance of assigned properties. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, problem-solving, vendor-management, and organizational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of residential/commercial properties.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, requests, and service issues.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and other services.
Supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors, and facility staff.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure proper upkeep.
Manage rent collection, deposits, invoices, and basic property-related financial records.




Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
Ensure compliance with applicable property, safety, and local regulations.
Maintain accurate records of tenants, maintenance activities, contracts, and expenses.
Monitor property expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for property owners/management.
Handle emergencies and coordinate timely resolution of critical issues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners, vendors, and service providers.
