• 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-Utilities FI-CA across implementations, rollouts, transformations, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Robust experience in: Business Partner & Contract Account Management, Main/Sub Transactions, Posting Areas, Account Determination, FI-CA integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal.
• Hands-on expertise in: Incoming/Outgoing Payments, Payment Lots, SEPA/Direct Debit Processing, Refunds, Returns, Cash Desk, and Payment Exception Handling, Open Item Management, Clearing, Account Maintenance, and Payment Distribution.
• Robust knowledge of: Dunning & Collections Management, Security Deposits, Write-offs, Debt Recovery, and Collection Agency Integration, Installment Plans, Promise-to-Pay, and Payment Arrangements.
• Experience with high-volume processing including: Mass Activities (FPMA), Payment & Dunning Runs, Interest Calculation, Batch Processing and Performance Optimization
