Understand customer requirements and provide information about available real estate projects.

Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.

Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and site visits.

Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements:

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Positive convincing and follow-up skills.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
