Job Description:

– Python Expertise: 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience with deep knowledge of asynchronous Python (asyncio), design patterns, and robust API development (FastAPI, Flask).

– Production LangGraph Experience: Proven track record of building and deploying applications using LangGraph. You must thoroughly understand graph states, reducers, conditional edges, and how to manage parallel execution paths.

– Agentic Frameworks: Strong familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and contemporary LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models).

– Enterprise Automation: Experience building tools that let agents interact with the real world (e.g., function calling, SQL/NoSQL database interactions, vector databases like Pinecone/Chroma, and web-browsing environments).

– Software Engineering Fundamentals: Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, Git workflows, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

– Problem Solving:



A structured approach to debugging non-deterministic AI systems and defining evaluation metrics for agent performance.
