Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sr. Category Marketing Manager, Human Nutrition - South Asia to lead marketing strategy and execution across our multiple end-use categories, including Food & Beverage, Dietary Supplements in Human Nutrition, and drive sustainable growth by translating market insights into winning innovation platforms, customer solutions, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the Indian and South Asian nutrition landscape with robust B2B ingredient marketing expertise, extensive customer engagement experience, and a proven ability to influence growth across diverse product platforms, including Flavors, Specialty Ingredients (proteins, texturants), Health & Wellness portfolio (fibers and biotics).

Your Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Develop and lead the Human Nutrition marketing strategy for India and South Asia aligned with regional and global business objectives.
• Identify market prospects, emerging consumer trends, regulatory developments, and whitespace growth areas.




• Support President of SA to build and execute category growth plans across Food & Beverage and Dietary Supplements.
• Serve as the key marketing voice for the region, influencing portfolio, innovation, and investment priorities.

Innovation Management
• Translate global and regional marketing initiatives into launches that fit Indian market needs
• Partner closely with MCI, Product teams, CD&D;, Commercial teams, Legal and Regulatory teams to identify and commercialize innovation opportunities.
• Drive concept development and innovation pipelines tailored to the market needs of South Asia.
• Support prioritization of product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management.

Customer & Commercial Partnership
• Build robust relationships with leading Food & Beverage, Dietary Supplement customers across South Asia and act as a strategic partner to local commercial teams to accelerat
