The Role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead talent acquisition and HR operations specifically for our flagship luxury retail store. In this pivotal role, you will be directly responsible for end-to-end recruitment to build and scale an exceptional luxury retail team—including Store Managers, Luxury Fashion Consultants, Stylists,



Inventory & Billing Executives, Tailors/Alteration Masters, and Store Support Staff.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in high-end retail hiring, a thorough understanding of luxury consumer service standards, and the ability to source candidates who possess both visual polish and exceptional clienteling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Store Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment for all store positions (Store Managers, Luxury Sales Consultants, Fashion Stylists, Cashiers, Tailors, and Store Helpers).
• Specialized Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize direct sourcing, headhunting, luxury retail networks, and industry portals to acquire top-tier talent with prior experience in high-end couture, bridal wear, or premium luxury brands.
• Candidate Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates for retail grooming standards, communication fluency, luxury sales acumen, clienteling skills, and
