As the City Lead – Offline Marketing, you’ll own Swish’s offline growth across our serviceable PODs in Bengaluru. You’ll build the city-level offline growth strategy end-to-end — from identifying high-potential catchments and building local partnerships to driving on-ground activations, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

What You'll Own

• Own offline growth across Bengaluru PODs — Drive customer acquisition through activations, partnerships, events, and hyperlocal initiatives while tracking CAC, conversions, penetration, and growth.
• Build scalable activation playbooks — Plan and execute BTL activations across societies, corporates, offices, tech parks, colleges, PGs, and other high-density consumer touchpoints.




• Build RWA & society partnerships — Develop relationships with RWAs, society associations, property managers, and community leaders to unlock high-potential catchments.
• Build corporate partnerships — Work with corporates, offices, tech parks, HR/Admin teams, and facility managers to unlock large employee and customer audiences.
• Build the Bengaluru offline team — Hire, train, manage, and develop field executives, activation leads, and other city resources as the function scales.
• Create local brand visibility — Build hyperlocal campaigns and partnerships that make Swish more visible, familiar, and talked about across our serviceable PODs.
• Own budgets and performance — Manage the city’s offline marketing budget and use data and on-ground insights to improve ROI, CAC, penetration, and activation productivity.
