Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and explain the company’s products/services.
Generate leads through telephonic conversations and convert them into potential customers.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding.
Update customer details, call status, and follow-up information in the CRM/system.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to improve conversions and repeat business.
Candidate Requirements Minimum 1.5 -2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Calling-based Sales.
Positive convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
