Qualifications

• Solid customer service and relationship building skills for long term customers
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including transparent presentation of product features and pricing.
• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting targets and converting leads into confirmed sales.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles or willingness to quickly learn vehicle features, specifications, and market positioning.
• Comfort with using computers and digital tools for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to work in office in Kolkata, including weekends and peak hours, with a consistent and reliable work ethic.
• Previous experience in retail, automotive sales, or another customer-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid documentations required.
