Job Title: Business Development Manager – Project Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager – Project Sales to develop and convert current project opportunities and drive sales in the commercial, corporate office, IT and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop recent project sales opportunities.
Identify upcoming commercial, corporate office, IT, infrastructure and workspace projects.
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, electrical consultants, contractors, PMC teams and end clients.
Generate project enquiries through market visits, references, networking and regular follow-ups.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and project/site visits.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
Negotiate with customers and close project orders.
Follow up on enquiries, specifications,
approvals, quotations and purchase orders.
Track projects from lead generation to specification, approval, quotation and order closure.
Maintain regular follow-up with project decision-makers and influencers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual project sales targets.
Maintain accurate project and sales pipeline reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and upcoming projects.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
3–8 years of experience in project sales/business development.
Candidates from furniture, electrical, switchgear, glass, building materials, construction materials, interiors, MEP or architectural products will be preferred.
Strong understanding of the project sales cycle.
