Monitor CCTV cameras across all departments and office areas regularly and keep track of day-to-day activities.
Monitor CCTV cameras of the company’s other locations/branches and immediately report any unusual or suspicious activity to HR/Management.
Identify and report any unauthorized movement, suspicious activity, security concerns, or violation of company policies observed through CCTV.
Review CCTV footage whenever required and provide relevant information or footage to HR/Management for investigation or verification.
Maintain a proper CCTV Monitoring Log/Report and record significant incidents or observations.
Handle the reception desk, attend visitors and clients, receive incoming calls, and direct them to the concerned person/department.
Monitor the reception area, office entry/exit, and visitor movement while ensuring compliance with the company’s security and discipline procedures.
