AEO / SEO Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute AEO strategies to improve Graphy’s visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Optimize content for AI-generated answers, featured snippets, and conversational search.
• Identify high-value topics, search intent, entities, and content opportunities.
• Build topical authority through structured content, FAQs, schema, and entity optimization.
• Monitor competitors and identify AEO and SEO gaps and opportunities.
• Execute SEO strategies across technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, internal linking, and content.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, and Marketing teams to create search and AI-friendly content.
• Track and report organic traffic, rankings, visibility, conversions, and AEO performance.
• Stay updated on Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and emerging AI search platforms.
• Experiment with recent strategies to improve Graphy’s organic and AI search visibility.
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, AEO, Organic Growth, Content SEO, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on AEO experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of how AI search / answer engines and LLM-based discovery work.
• Solid SEO fundamentals across on-page, technical, content, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of schema markup, structured data, internal linking, topical authority, and search intent.
• Ability to translate search data and insights into actionable content and growth strategies.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with SaaS, B2B, EdTech, startup, or technology companies is preferred.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
