Job Description – Legal Counsel – Corporate AffairsWe are looking for a Legal Counsel – Corporate Affairs to provide legal guidance and support across the company’s corporate and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and business matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Ensure company activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Handle legal notices, disputes, and coordinate with external advocates/law firms when required.
Advise management on legal risks and recommend appropriate compliance measures.
Maintain and manage corporate legal documentation and records.
Support company policies, agreements, vendor/partner contracts, and other legal requirements.
Stay updated on relevant changes in corporate and commercial laws.

Requirements:
Degree in LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
Solid knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
Valuable drafting, documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Prior experience in a corporate legal setting will be an advantage.
