We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to take ownership of the execution of customer orders after the order has been closed by the Sales Team.
The individual will act as the link between Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Delivery, Invoicing, Accounts, Customers and other relevant stakeholders.
The objective of the role is to ensure that every order moves smoothly from PO receipt → order verification → material allocation → processing → invoicing → dispatch → delivery → documentation, with minimum intervention required from the Sales Head.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, solid at follow-ups, comfortable working with Excel/ERP systems, and capable of identifying errors or delays before they become problems.
