Key Responsibilities
Source suitable candidates through job portals and other online channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
Understand job requirements and shortlist candidates accordingly.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
Follow up with selected candidates through offer acceptance and joining.
Maintain accurate candidate trackers and regular hiring updates.
Requirements
Practical experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Valuable knowledge of online job portals and search techniques.
Robust communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
