Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our refurbished laptops and desktops.
Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
Follow up with interested customers and generate sales leads.
Provide basic information about products, pricing and availability.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and service team when required.
Maintain basic customer and calling records.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
