About Role
The Service Specialist will be responsible for front-line sales and customer service delivery. This includes acquiring new customers, driving growth with existing accounts, managing distributors, and providing first-level technical support.
The role plays a critical part in expanding the Pool Solutions business and ensuring customer satisfaction through best-in-class performance and cost-effective solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Drive Revenue Growth (Aligned to Annual Operating Plan):
• Acquire new customers (direct and via channel partners)
• Increase share of wallet by cross-selling new pool technologies
• Promote innovations and expand into recent market segments
• Update Salesforce with all growth opportunities weekly
• Conduct product trials at customer locations
Retain and Grow Existing Accounts:
• Ensure service excellence and deliver on performance & cost commitments
• Leverage Solenis' Value Advantage framework to capture value delivered
• Maintain strong, multi-tiered customer relationships Implement strategic price increases
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical advice
Sales Forecasting & Collections:
• Ensure timely AR collections
