We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/WhatsApp interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Requirements Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and positions.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Fresh graduates, MBA/HR students, and candidates looking to start their career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Must be proficient in at least 3 regional languages, including any combination of Kannada, Tamil, Telegu and Malayalam.
Valuable Command of English will be an added advantage.
