Required SkillsStrong knowledge of basic accounting principles is a must.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
Experience with monthly closing and accounting reconciliation.
Understanding of audit processes and documentation.
Positive analytical and numerical skills.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboards.
Payroll knowledge will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of AI tools and their practical use in accounting/office work.
