About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale Prometteur’s B2B sales

function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands complex

technology sales, can build enterprise relationships, manage long sales cycles, and

consistently convert opportunities into revenue.You will own the sales strategy, pipeline,

forecasting, key accounts, partnerships, and overall revenue growth.

The right person should be comfortable selling technology solutions to senior





decision-makers and building relationships across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy

● Define and execute Prometteur’s B2B sales strategy and go-to-market approach.

● Identify high-value markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities.

● Build scalable sales processes, qualification frameworks, and sales methodologies.

● Develop market-specific strategies for international expansion.

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

● Own sales targets, revenue forecasts, pipeline generation, and conversion.

● Build and maintain a healthy enterprise sales pipeline.

● Establish transparent KPIs across lead generation, qualification, conversion, deal velocity,

and revenue.

● Review pipeline performance regularly and take corrective action.

Enterprise & Strategic Sales

● Personally lead strategic and high-value opportunities.

● Build relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Product
