Role: Influencer Marketing & Social Content Lead

Location: Mumbai, India

About the role:

We're hiring a hands-on lead to own influencer marketing and social content end-to-end including agency briefing and co-ordination to find the right creators, mediating IF closure process including negotiations between agencies and HUL media team, influencer script closures and execution, video feedback loop closures,



to running the skincare brand’s social handles as a genuine community rather than a broadcast channel with our social agency.

For a premium, dermatologist-co-created skincare brand built on patented technology and clinically proven, time-bound results. competing on real efficacy in a category that mostly competes on packaging and influencer noise which means our marketing has to work harder to make trust and proof feel exciting, not clinical and boring.

What you will be doing:

• Agency briefing – basis focus SKUs, geos and job to be done

• Influencer sourcing & selection — build and maintain a scored pipeline of creators (macro, micro, nano and dermat/derma-adjacent) using explicit criteria (geo/specialization fit, cost-per-reach, engagement rate, believability, audience skew, content quality etc.)

• Agency negotiation and plan closures — managing the negotiation process between IF agencies and HUL medi
