Job Title: Travel Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, car rentals, and other travel services
Provide information on travel regulations, visa requirements, insurance, and safety guidelines
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are accurate
Handle travel changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries




Maintain relationships with vendors, airlines, and hotels
Achieve sales targets and promote travel packages and upgrades
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
Solid knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
