The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for customer communication, outbound sales calls, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling – Primary Responsibility
Call leads and existing customers to generate current orders and repeat business.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads.
Earn incentives on successful conversions.
Inbound Customer Support
Attend customer calls and messages as and when received.
Understand and resolve customer complaints, queries, and service issues.
Coordinate with Operations & Logistics for smooth pickup, processing, and delivery.
Keep customers updated on order status and delays.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with key/prime customers.
Prioritize requests from important / VIP customers.




Collect customer feedback and ensure issues are followed up until closure.
Payments & Promotions
Follow up for pending payments from B2C and Society customers.
Send promotional, festive, and seasonal offers to the customer database.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain proper records of calls, complaints, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
Share significant customer instructions and issues with Operations & Logistics.
Prepare basic weekly/monthly customer reports.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good follow-up and sales ability.
Customer-friendly, patient, and solution-oriented.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
