We are seeking a motivated and responsible Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of irthlife.
Manage daily e-commerce orders from order placement to fulfilment and delivery.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock updates.
Manage product listings, pricing, availability, and basic catalogue updates across e-commerce platforms.
Identify and resolve operational issues affecting order fulfilment.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Track operational performance and prepare regular reports.
Monitor marketplace/e-commerce dashboards and update relevant information.
Assist in improving operational processes and reducing errors.
Support promotional campaigns and ensure products are available and correctly listed during campaigns.
