Compensation: ₹6,00,000 LPA (No variable pay)

Role & Responsibilities
Engage in Field Sales.
Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
Conduct market visits and manage dealer/distributor relationships.
Develop and maintain solid market relationships.
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
Education: Only 2026 passouts with degrees in BBA, BCA, or B.Com.
Academic Criteria: Minimum 70% with no backlogs.
Experience: 0 to 1 year.
Must know how to ride a two-wheeler.
Genuine interest and aptitude for field sales.
Positive communication skills in both English and regional languages.
Self-driven, target-oriented nature.
Willingness to travel anywhere within the assigned region.
