The candidate will be responsible for customer service, product merchandising, billing support, and maintaining store standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and provide excellent shopping experience.
Arrange, stock, and replenish products on shelves.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising as per store standards.
Support billing and cashier operations when required.
Monitor product availability and inform supervisors about stock requirements.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow company policies and operational guidelines.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG stores.
Valuable communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Basic knowledge of billing and store operations is preferred.
