Key Responsibilities
Collect, receive and properly label patient samples.
Perform routine laboratory tests as per standard procedures.
Handle and operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensure accuracy of test results and maintain proper documentation.
Follow SOPs, quality control and safety procedures.
Identify and report abnormal or inconsistent samples/results to the concerned senior.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper storage of samples and reagents.
Maintain daily laboratory records and reports.
Coordinate with doctors, pathologists and other laboratory staff as required.
Ensure timely processing and reporting of samples.

Candidate Profile
DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology) or relevant qualification.
1–4 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory, hospital or pathology centre.
Knowledge of routine pathology and diagnostic laboratory procedures.
Valuable understanding of sample handling and laboratory safety.
Careful, disciplined and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
