The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Branch Manager/Sales Manager in achieving business targets, developing recent customers, managing the sales team, and expanding Namma AH Chits' business in Shivamogga and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate recent business through customer visits, references, field activities, and local market development.
Promote AH Chits products and explain chit schemes, benefits, terms, and procedures to prospective customers.
Identify new market opportunities and develop new customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into subscribers.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Track leads, conversions, collections, group business, and team performance.
Submit regular performance updates to the Branch Manager/Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
